Being banned from Walmart probably doesn't rank that high on the list, when you're sitting around with your friends bragging about your accomplishments, but I guess it’s a start.

According to police reports two men were indeed banned from the Lafayette Walmart store after an incident taking place last Sunday just before 5:00am in the parking lot.

Police received a report that two individuals had been using a flashlight to look underneath vehicles.

The driver told officers that he was waiting for his girlfriend to get off work but there was a problem with that story – no one by that named worked at the store.

Meanwhile, the passenger in the car gave officers a false name; he was later identified as 26 year old Nicholas Alan Curtis of Lafayette – who as it turns out, was also wanted on a felony probation violation. Curtis was taken into custody at the scene.
