Summerville Police were called to the ballfields on the Lyerly Highway on Tuesday evening of this week in response to damage to a vehicle.  According to the complainant, a baseball player hit a foul ball that went into the parking lot and crashed through the back windshield of a 2013 Kia Optima.  Police said that the baseball was found in the back seat of the vehicle.
