The Children’s Advocacy Center of the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit is preparing for its 6th Annual “Be Their Voice” Golf Tournament, an event aimed at supporting services for children who have been victims of abuse.
The tournament is scheduled for Thursday, October 1, 2026, at LaFayette Golf Course, located at 1 Fred Henry Drive in LaFayette. Activities are scheduled from 7:15 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Organizers are currently seeking golf teams, hole sponsors and door prize donations to help make this year’s tournament a success.
According to information shared by the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, money raised through the tournament stays within the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit and helps meet the needs of local children who have experienced abuse.
Hole sponsorships are also available for $100 each, with individual sponsorships accepted.
The tournament benefits the Children’s Advocacy Center, which serves communities throughout the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit and works with children and families involved in abuse investigations.
Those interested in putting together a team, becoming a sponsor or donating a door prize are encouraged to contact tournament organizers. Additional registration and sponsorship information is available through the Children’s Advocacy Center.
The event will take place at LaFayette Golf Course on October 1, giving golfers, businesses and community members an opportunity to enjoy a day on the course while supporting an organization working on behalf of vulnerable children in Northwest Georgia.
