Since you can't buy beer at Walmart on Sunday, a local man apparently decided to steal it.

 

The man allegedly shoplifted two, 30-packs of Bud Light beer from Walmart on Sunday and was sitting in the back of a vehicle with the beer when police arrived. 

 

Christopher Warren told police that he hadn't stolen the veer and it had been there since the day before. Store surveillance video proved otherwise. It showed Warren with the beer in a shopping cart. clothing Warren had on in the video was also found in the vehicle by police. Warren reportedly had the gray clothing on over his other clothing, which he took off when he exited the store. According to the report, one reason store employees noticed Warren leaving the store with the beer is because it was Sunday and beer cannot be sold in Chattooga County on Sunday.
