A body found Tuesday night at 405 Peachtree Circle in Ringgold has been identified as 20-year-old Wesley Campbell, who lived at the address.

According to Catoosa County Sheriff Phil Summers:

Deputies were called to the residence about 6:49 p.m. for a death investigation. Camp-bell’s body was found in the back yard.

He could not be revived and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Based on a preliminary investigation, authorities believe Campbell committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning. Investigators found no signs of foul play.

The investigation is continuing, including toxicology results.
