Last week a Chattooga County Deputy on patrol received a call about a burglary at Cloudland.  When the deputy arrived at the home on Atlanta Avenue, the homeowner showed the deputy where someone had pried open a storage shed.  The homeowner, Helen Farley, told the deputy that the burglar had taken a gas-powered log splitter.  The log-splitter was valued at $400.  The incident was turned over to an investigator.
