A car was damaged at the local Rocket Wash, when another in line hit the rear of the car.

Kerri Scoggins reported that while in the tracks for the Rocket Wash, another vehicle hit hers in the rear, causing some minor damage. The other car, left the scene after exiting the wash, and traveled North on Highway 27. The car wash’s camera provided information on the fleeing car and Officers attempted to make numerous calls with no answer. The vehicle was registered to a Heather Tidmore of Walker County and so Walker County Law Enforcement was dispatched to the address of the owner. At the time of the report,  no response had been given by Walker County.
