Alpine Community Church, on Highway 337 just south of Menlo, invites everyone for their annual Live Nativity.  The Live Nativity will be held December 23 – 25 from 7 PM until 9 PM.  The church will be open for anyone wanting to go inside, but the church will not be having refreshments this year due to COVID restrictions.  The church asks that people observe social distancing while inside the church.  The event is free to the public.

Trion Heights Baptist Church will have a live, drive-thru Nativity December 9-13 from 6:30 – 7:30 PM.  The church is located at 301 Rossville Boulevard in Trion.

The pastor and parish council of Lyerly United Methodist Church has announced that there will be no Sunday service on Sunday, December 6th due to a COVID-19 exposure.  Pastor Marshal Bryan will post Sunday’s sermon to the Lyerly United Methodist Church Facebook Page. Sunday services are planned to resume on December 13th.
