Trion First Baptist Church has cancelled all Wednesday evening activities tonight (February 6) due to widespread sickness.
Subligna Baptist Church will host a Groundbreaking Ceremony for their new Church Building with Special Singing and Special Video Presentation. Also, a meal will be served
on Sunday, February 10th, right after the morning service. They ask that you join them at 10 AM for Sunday School and 11 AM for morning service. The pastor, Dr. Charles Bishop, invites everyone to attend.

Brotherhood meeting Monday night February 4th at 7 p.m. New Hope North Baptist Church brother Larry Scoggins will be doing the preaching and supper will be provided after the service don’t miss this good night of fellowship.

Ladies Winter Brunch, “Once Upon a Winter’s Morn-The Power of Shared Stories” will be held at Calvary Baptist Church on Sat., Feb. 2nd at 10:00 a.m. All are invited to enjoy a delicious brunch and be encouraged by the testimony and music of Jenny Pineda as she shares her story of moving from disappointment to worship. The church is located at 171 Taylor St. in Summerville.
Trion United Methodist church will have their Brunswick Stew available Saturday, February 2. It is still $7.00 per quart. The stew should be ready around 10:30 a.m. You may pick the stew up in the fellowship hall before 1:00 p.m. We usually sell out so the stew is sold on a first come first served basis. Old Way Baptist Church on Old Highway 27 in Trion will have an inside yard sale coming up Saturday, February 9th from 8 AM until 2 PM. The yard sale proceeds will benefit St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital. In addition to the yard sale items, the church will have sausage biscuits for sale for $1 and free coffee. Later in the day they will have vegetable or potato soup with bread, drink and dessert for just $3.
The Ball Brothers will be in concert at Trion First Baptist Church on Sunday morning, January 27, at 11:00 AM. The public is invited to worship with us that morning and hear a great concert.
North Summerville Baptist Church will have a singing Sunday night January 13th at 6:00 PM featuring the Heirborn Quartet. Pastor Sammy Barrett and the congregation invite everyone to come and hear this amazing group.
