Trion United Methodist Church will have their Brunswick Stew available Saturday, March 3. It is $7 per quart. The stew should be ready around 10:30 a.m. You may pick the stew up in the fellowship hall before 1:00 p.m. We usually sell out so the stew is sold on a first come first serve basis. Fellowship of Christian Athletes is hosting a movie event Sunday, March 18th at CHS in the lunchroom. The community is invited to attend. Everyone welcome! We will have drinks and popcorn.
All are invited to a free Gospel Bluegrass Concert and Hobo Dinner at Calvary Baptist Church, this Sunday, Feb. 25th. The concert by Steamline Express will take place during the morning service at 11:00 and the Hobo Dinner of beans, cornbread, slaw, and soup will immediately follow the service. FREE PARENT’S NIGHT OUT. Calvary Baptist Church wants to help young families celebrate Valentines Day, so the church is offering free childcare on Sat., Feb. 18th, from 6-9 p.m. for ages infant – 11 years old. Pennville Alliance Church will host Pilgrim Ministry on Sunday, February 11th at 10:45. Everyone is welcome to hear men give their testimonies about how God is changing lives. Pilgrim Ministry is a faith based ministry for men with alcohol and drug addiction. Shane Pauley will be bringing the message.
