There’s Hope for the Hungry will be at Lyerly First Baptist Church coming up on Tuesday, February 8th from 10 AM until 1 PM.  Anyone in need of food is welcome to come; there is no ID check.

Trion United Methodist Church will have their Brunswick Stew available Saturday, February 5.  It is $8 per quart.  It is on a first come first served basis.  You may pick the stew up around 10:30 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. Also, The United Methodist Men will have a Bake Sale beginning around 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  There will be a selection of cookies, brownies, fried pies, cakes and other sweets.

Pennville Community Church is hosting Pilgrim Ministry Sunday January 30th at the eleven o’clock service. Pilgrim Ministry is a faith based program for men in addiction. The men will give their testimonies and Shane Pauley will be bringing the message. If you have a family member or friend in addiction this will be an opportunity to get information for help.
