United By Faith Baptist Church will be having revival January 6-8 at 7 PM Nightly with Bro.  John Dorsey preaching.  The Pastor Barry Brown invites everyone to attend.

MLK Day Services Scheduled In Chattooga County

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day will be celebrated this year on Monday, January 20, 2020.  The national holiday is often marked as a “day of service” to the community and people are encouraged to remember the legacy of Dr. King by volunteering time for a local charitable cause.

Gospel Music Fundraiser

There will be a Memorial Gospel Explosion Fundraiser in remembrance of Mr. Arthur Anthony, Rev. Charles Dodson, and Ms. Glenda Hall @ Chattooga County Civic Center in Summerville on January 4 beginning @ 12:00 P.M. Plates consisting of chicken and fish, plus desserts will be made for purchase at that time. All groups, soloists, and praise dancers are all invited to the event. The Gospel singing will begin @ 4P.M. Proceeds from the event will go to the Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship Fund. New Year Eve Candlelight Service

Four Mile Baptist Church and Wayside Baptist Church will be having a joint New Years Eve Candle Light Service Dec. 31st at 7pm. The service will be held at Wayside Baptist Church located at 855 Sloppy Floyd Lake Rd. in Summerville. This is not a watch night service. Pastor Joel Smith and Pastor Lloyd Gilreath and the congregation of Four Mile and Wayside invites the public to attend.
