The January 11, 2018 Peer Support Group held each month on the second Thursday at Oakview Health /Rehab is being rescheduled due to the current flu quarantine . We will meet on Thursday afternoon January 18, 2018 at 2:30 PM. Everyone with vision loss is welcomed along with family and friends. The Chattooga County Democratic Party will hold their regular monthly meeting for January coming up next Tuesday, January 16 at the Chattooga County Senior Center. Party Chair Barbara Reece says that all members and interested individuals are invited to attend. The meeting will be held at 6 PM.
Lyerly Elementary School will host “McTeacher Night” at the local McDonald’s Restaurant in Summerville coming up later this month. The fundraiser will he held from 5 – 7 PM coming up on Tuesday, January 30th. Come out and support Lyerly Elementary School at McDonald’s for their “McTeacher Night” at the end of this month.
