The annual Miss Chattooga County pageant will be held Saturday March 4th at 4pm at Chattooga High School.

Contestants should be a resident of Chattooga County or a student in any Chattooga County school. The areas for competition are as follows;

Baby Miss Chattooga            0 – 12 months

Tiny Miss Chattooga            12 – 23 months

Toddler Miss Chattooga        2 –   3 years

Petite Miss Chattooga           4 –  6 years

Little Miss Chattooga           7 – 10 years

Young Miss Chattooga         11 – 12 years

Junior Miss Chattooga       13 – 15 years

Miss Chattooga                   16 – 19  years

Applications can be picked up in your school’s office or the CHS Office

Registration is $30 and is due no later than February 24^th, 2017

St. Jude Benefit Singing at Dowdy Park in Summerville Saturday July 9th 12PM – 4PM with Redemptive Grace and Michael Stanfield – all proceeds for St. Jude Cancer Research.

Chattoogaville Volunteer Fire Dept will be cooking Boston butts July 23 for $25.00 as a fund raiser. If anyone wants one just see one of our firefighters. Orders and money have to be in by July 15. They will be ready for pick up between 7am and 12pm on July 23. We would like to thank everyone in advance.

The American Red Cross will be holding a community blood drive on Monday, January 3rd,  from 1pm to 6pm.

The Drive is sponsored by and will be held at First United Methodist Church in Summerville.

This will be the first Red Cross Drive of the New Year. Everyone is asked to take a few minutes from your day, bring a friend, and begin the New Year’s tradition with a gift of life.

The Old Timey Camp Fire Cooking scheduled for Saturday Dec. 18th at Pine Ridge Outdoors has be canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date….

There will be an FFA Ham and Turkey Shoot on Saturday, December 18th at 11 am on Hair Lake Road. It will be held right past the intersection of Beavers Road.
