SPAGHETTI LUNCH FUNDRAISER Sun., March 19th : The teens of Calvary Baptist Church are sponsoring a spaghetti lunch to raise funds to attend The Wilds Christian Camp this summer. Please come by Calvary after church for spaghetti, salad, and dessert. Take home plates available. Donations of any size are appreciated. The church is located at 171 Taylor St. in Summerville.

The deadline to sign up in Menlo for baseball, softball and T-ball is Saturday, February 25th for ages 5-12. Forms can be turned in at the school or you can sign up Saturday morning from 10-12 at the Menlo ball field. Any forms received after Saturday will only be accepted if a spot is available on a team. Extra forms can be found in the school office. The participation fee is $25.

Community Lunch will be served at Summerville First Baptist Family Life Center this Saturday, February 18th, from 11AM to 12:30PM. Menu for the lunch is Spaghetti, Corn, Bread and Dessert.
The Lyerly Civic Club will meet February 16th at 6 p.m. at Lyerly City Hall . They will elect new officers for 2017/2018.
They will be discussing the Tillotson-Menlo Scholarship program.
The 2017 annual dues of $18 will be due for all members or any wanting to join.

Title I will be joining CHS for Rising Freshmen Night. Title I will be providing a Freshmen/Parent Survival Folder. At 6:30 we will be reviewing the Title I Parent Survey to make revisions on the upcoming 2017 Parent Survey. Light Refreshments will be provided.
February is Parent Leadership Month! Title I, will be hosting a meeting on Wednesday, February 8th, 5:30-7:00 PM at Menlo Elementary School. Families of MES are invited to attend. Mr. Pickle and several community leaders will speak on their role in leadership. We will also be reviewing the Title I Parent Survey. Hot Dog supper will be provided.
