North Summerville Baptist Church will be giving away boxes of fresh fruit and vegetables Thursday June 11th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm in the church parking lot. One box per family and no paper work is needed. Church is located at 119 Maplewood Drive Summerville, Ga.
The Helping Hands Ending Hunger Food Distribution for our county this month includes USDA purchased produce. There will be a plentiful amount for distribution. There will be more produce than can be given away to the usual reciepents. If you know someone in need, or you would like a box of produce, the distribution is Friday, June 12@ Connect City Church in Summerville.
The Chattooga County Library Board of Trustees had to reschedule their board meeting and will now hold their next quarterly meeting on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. The meeting will be held at the Summerville Library, 360 Farrar Drive, Summerville, GA.
