Chattooga County Commissioner Andy Allen has announced the retirement of Mr. Eugene Cordell, who has served with distinction as the county’s Water Superintendent for the past 20 years. Mr. Cordell’s retirement will be effective September 12, 2025, marking the end of a remarkable career that began on June 27, 2005.
