Mrs. Katherine Clark Ray, age 66 of Trion, Georgia passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021 at the Floyd Medical Center.
MRS. DONNA MORGAN LONG, age 61, of Summerville, Georgia, passed away Friday afternoon, August 20, 2021, in a Rome Hospital. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, she was born on September 6, 1959, to the late George Morgan, Sr. and Edith Morgan. She was a Homemaker and member of Life Purpose Church in Summerville. Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her Parents, and siblings, George Morgan, Jr., Linda Morgan, Jennifer Morgan, Jimmy Morgan, Archie Morgan, Mary Jo Hamilton, and Christine Morgan.
MS. JADEN LEIGH MITCHELL, age 22, of Summerville, Georgia passed away unexpectedly Friday, August 13, 2021, at her residence. She was born in Rome, Georgia on March 8, 1999; a daughter of Jamie and Tammy Mitchell. Ms. Mitchell was former convenience store clerk; she was preceded in death by grand father, the late Charles Milstead.

Mrs. Clara Mae “Boe” Maddux McCauley Flood, age 95 of Summerville, Georgia passed away Monday, August 9, 2021 at her residence following an extended illness.
Mrs. Joyce Darden Knox age 78 of Summerville, GA passed away Tuesday- August 11, 2021 at Oakview Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mr. Robert Doyle Roan, age 65, of Summerville, GA, died Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Carolyn Dee Dykes, age 75, of Gaylesville, AL, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021, at her residence.
MR. SAMUEL HAROLD BARCLAY ALLMOND, age 86, of Tate Road, Trion, Georgia, passed away Friday, August 6, 2021, in a Rome hospital. Mr. Allmond was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on July 15, 1935 to the late James William and Katie May Harris Allmond. He was a member of Beersheba Presbyterian Church, served in the U.S. Army National Guard, and was retired animal control officer for Catoosa County Government. In addition to Parents, He was preceded in death by his wife, the late Minnie Locklear Allmond and a son, the late Dewey Noland Allmond.
MRS. EVELYN MAXINE STURDIVANT BENSON – Age 86, of Trion GA was born August 22, 1934 to her late parents Richard Franklin and Anna Lee Cook Sturdivant. She passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021 with her family at her bedside. She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church for many years. She was employed at Oakview Nursing Home. She was preceded by her husband, Allen Benson, Jr., three sisters, Marjorie Buckley, Frankie Reese, and Geraldine Hall.
