Ms. Melissa Jean Christol, age 49, of Summerville, GA, died Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
MRS. LUCILLE M. SPAIN GREEN, age 101, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at her residence.
Mr. James Wesley East, age 86, of Summerville, GA, died Thursday, April 18, 2019, at Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.
Mr. East was born May 3, 1932, in Armuchee, GA, son of the late C.J. and Mamie Cash East. Prior to his retirement, he was employed with Mohawk Industries.
Graveside and interment services for Mr. East were held privately in Aragon Cemetery.
Mason Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. James Wesley East who died on Thursday.

MICHAEL LEE “YANK” ORGAN, age 66, of Rollins Drive, Summerville, Georgia passed away, Wednesday, April 17, 2019, in O’Fallon, Ill. following an extended illness.
Mrs. Betty Jane Howard, age 85, of Menlo, GA, died Monday, April 15, 2019, at Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.
MRS. MAGGE GAYLER, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, was reunited in heaven with her husband-Duane Gayler, parents-Marvin and Lillie Jones, brother-Marvin Jones, Jr., and son-Tommy Gayler. Magge was born in Chattooga County, Georgia February 5, 1930 and died after a brief illness April 12, 2019.
Mrs. Margaret Joan “Jo” Trammell, age 89 of Trion, Georgia passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019 at her residence following an extended illness.
MRS. KATHERINE MCCAULEY, age 90, Summerville, Georgia, passed away Friday, April 12, 2019, in the local nursing home.
