She was preceded in death by both parents, sister, Ms. Cozette Rittenberry, and brother, Samuel L. Pollard, Jr. She was a member of Hemphill AME Zion Church in Summerville, Georgia.
GLENDA RUTH HUDGINS – Age 71, of Summerville, Georgia passed away Friday, July 9, 2021 at Floyd Medical Center. She was born on July 2, 1950 to the late Lumas Hudgins and Rosa Mae Adams McDaniel, stepfather, Oliver McDaniel. She retired from General Motors for over twenty-seven years. She was preceded by her grandfather, Thad Adams, grandmother, Hastie Adams, sister, Eloise Rounsaville, brothers, Frederick McDaniel, and Gary Hudgins, and special friend, Harold Cooper. Glenda was a member of Pond Spring A. M. E. Church.
