In last weeks regular monthly meeting of the Chattooga County Board of Education, the board re-elected William "Fuzz" Anderson as chairman of the board and Dot Johnson as Vice-Chairman.  The board also voted for a certified recommendation of Brad Waggoner as CHS Head Football Coach.  The board recognized the resignations of Morgan Nugent as the Principal at Chattooga High School and the retirement of Ila King as principal of SES.

The board approved Alma Lewis as a substitute bus driver and Mitzi Tomlin as a substitute teacher and Loretta Dukes as a certified substitue teacher.  Tiffany Railey was approved as a substitue food service worker.

Also the board voted to reinstate a Special Education Clerical position to assist the Psychologist, Alternative School Director as well as the  Special Education Department.
