The Walker County Grand Jury presented the following indictments in July against three Chattooga County residents:
George Randell Allmon, of Steinit Road, Summerville, one count of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated battery, one count of cruelty to children in the first degree, one count of cruelty to children in the second degree, one count of possession of alprazolam, three counts of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, one count of cruelty to children in the third degree.
Freedom Renae Baker, of Wyatt Way, Summerville, one count of criminal attempt to commit possession of a controlled substance by fraud.
William Jason McCoullough, of Saddle Club Road, Summerville, one count of aggravated assault; two counts of battery, family violence; one count of simple battery, family violence; three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.
District Attorney "Buzz" Franklin has brought the following accusations against these Chattooga County residents for Walker County, Georgia:
Dustin Dewayne Burton, of Gore Subligna Road, Summerville, one count of habitual violator, two counts of driving under the influence, one count of central lane for turning
Janice E. Hulsey, of Tatum Gulf Road, Menlo, one count of possession of firearm by convicted felon, one count of driving under the influence.
