The Chattooga County Agricultural Fair opens on Thursday of this week at the fairgrounds, located on the property of the Chattooga County Ag Building and Summerville Middle School, just off Highway 100 in Summerville.

The fair will run Thursday – Sunday and will feature livestock shows each day under the pavilion at the Ag Building.  Inside the Ag Building, you can see blue ribbon displays and demonstrations at the 4-H Demonstration Kitchen.   Of course there will be thrilling rides on the midway as Peachtree Rides returns again this year for the fair.

Thursday night students will get in free to the fair and on Friday, veterans and active military get free gate admission.  Then on Sunday, everyone has free gate admission – courtesy of the Town of Trion.
