For the sixth year, the Chattooga County Historical Society is offering their annual Christmas Ornament.  The Christmas Ornaments, featuring historical places in the county, have been a big hit for Holiday shoppers and this year’s will be a great addition to the historical Chattooga County ornament selection.

The Historic Tooga Theater is featured and depicts the building as it was when it was an operating movie theater.  “White Christmas” is displayed on the theater marquis and the ticket booth is evident in the depiction.  In the past, the ornaments have featured, the Summerville Depot, the Chattooga County Courthouse, The Reigeldale Tavern, Alpine Church and the Lyerly Dam.

This year’s ornaments, and a limited supply of previous year’s ornaments are available at DIRT in Summerville and you can order them online HERE  from the Chattooga County Historical Society’s website.

The ornaments are $20 each and you can order a set of all six of the ornaments for $80.
