A twenty-eight-year-old Chattooga County man was arrested last week in Floyd County after illegally entering a building in Armuchee.

Floyd County Police say that Daniel Allen Kenize of Summerville was arrested outside Armuchee Auto Collision which is located just off Highway 27 on North Drive between Highway 156 and Highway 140.

Kenize was charged with felony entering automobile to commit theft, felony attempted theft by taking, misdemeanor criminal trespass and loitering.

He was being held without bond in the Floyd County Jail.
