Chattooga County Tax Commissioner Kathy Brown is reminding residents that their mobile home decals are due by April 12th.

The Tax Commissioner said that if you own a mobile home, a decal is required on it every year to show that the taxes have been paid. 

If you are using a mobile home for storage, a decal is required.  If the wheels are on or off or if the tongue is on or off, a decal is required. 

If you live in the mobile home or you rent the mobile home out, you still need a decal.

The Chattooga County Tax Commissioner's Office is open each Monday – Friday from 8:30 – 5:00pm and is located on West Washington Street in Summerville at the Courthouse Annex.
