The Grand Jury in Walker County has indicted three Chattooga County residents this month on various charges.   John Edward Scott, of Little Sand Mountain Road, Summerville, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer, two counts of obstruction of an officer, two counts of driving under the influence, one count of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, one count of driving while license revoked, one count of driving without a license, one count of open container, one count of failure to stop at a stop sign.  Freddie Mitchell, of Chestnut Street, Trion, was indicted on one count of possession of oxycodone Lisa Marie Philbrook, of Harrisburg Road, Summerville, was indicted on one count of attempt or conspiracy (violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act).
