A Chattooga county woman is in Floyd Medical Center with a collapsed lung after being reportedly stabbed in the back yesterday. 

According to the Chattooga County Sheriff's Department, Beverly Chisolm, a Preston Dr. address, told officers, she was asleep when she woke up just before 8 a.m. to a stinging pain in her left shoulder blade. She said she didn't see who had stabbed her and there was no one in the room when she woke up. However, there was a male and female inside the house at the time. The couple was questioned yesterday and will be questioned again this morning according to investigators. No arrests have been made so far.
