The Chattooga FFA Dairy Show Team competed in the Georgia Junior Livestock Show this week.

The Georgia Junior National Livestock show is hosted at the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter each year. This event is hosted cooperatively with Georgia 4-H, Georgia FFA & The Rhodes Animal & Dairy Science Department of the University of Georgia.

The Chattooga Dairy Show Team came away with 1st place in the Junior Dairy Herdsman contest where the team scored on cleanliness, interactions with their animals and visitors, and educational components about the dairy industry.
