Former Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney and Judge Ralph VanPelt will be the featured speaker at the next meeting of the Chattooga County Historical Society.  The meeting will be held this Sunday, October 8th at the historic Summerville Depot.  VanPelt is a native of Chattooga County and a graduate of Berry College and the University of Georgia School of Law.  He will be speaking about his career and notable events that took place in Chattooga County during that time.
