PLEASE NOTE: THE GAME TIME FOR SATURDAY HAS BEEN MOVED TO 5:30 PM!

The Chattooga Indians are headed to region play in Region 7 AA postseason play and are set to take on South Atlanta this week, but the game day and time has been changed.

On Sunday, Chattooga County Athletic Director Jeremy Heathcock made the announcement that the game would be taking place on Friday of this week, but by Monday morning, WZQZ was notified that the game will be moved to Saturday, November 28th.

The GHSA says the reason for the change is a lack of GHSA officials available to officiate the game on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.

Due to COVID -19 regulations by the Atlanta School Board, no fans are allowed at the game this weekend.  WZQZ FM 99.1 will be broadcasting the game on the air and on our Facebook Page.

Barry Peppers will have the play-by-play live from South Atlanta with the North Georgia Equipment Sales – Husqvarna Pregame Show at 7 PM and kickoff at 7:30 PM.
