A Summerville man faces disorderly conduct charges after an incident on December the 10th. According to a report by the Chattooga County Sheriff's Department, deputies were dispatched to a Northern Heights Circle address to find an allegedly intoxicated 30-year-old Douglas Wayne Payne. Payne, of Back Berryton Road, Summerville, reportedly was inside the trailer "very drunk" and  angry. He is alleged to have been causing a disturbance at the residence and began making threats when a call was made to 911. He also reportedly was yelling and using obscene language.
