The Chattooga County Republican Headquarters is now open to the public at 10127 Commerce Street in Summerville. The headquarters is located across from First National Bank.

State Senator Jeff Mullis was on hand for the grand opening on Saturday, September 1, 2012. Several county residents dropped by to socialize and enjoy finger foods with the Republican candidates, officers, and elected officials.

Republican Candidates Eddie Lumsden, Dewayne Dawson, and James Dawson will make themselves available at the headquarters until the election. The hours of operation will be posted on the front door each week. The Republican Party officers have posted their contact numbers, if anyone needs to pick up political signs, etc.

The Chattooga County Republican Party invites everyone to their monthly meeting at the headquarters on September 29 and October 13. The Republican Party will also be preparing, delivering, and selling BBQ sandwiches/chips ($6) and BBQ plates ($10) at each meeting. The headquarters will also be open from 6:00PM until the results are official on election night – November 6, 2012.
