Chattooga Republicans opened their headquarters on Commerce Street in Summerville on Saturday with an open house.  The headquarters are located just up the street from the Dandee Denson Shrine Auditorium.

A Good turnout for the opening and ribbon cutting at the Chattooga County Republican Headquarters Saturday morning. State Senator Jeff Mullis, as well as Sheriff's Candidate James Dawson and Commissioner Candidate Dewayne Dawson were on hand. According to party vice-chairman Brad Hayes, the local candidates will be staffing the headquarters some evenings and voters can come by and speak with them. He says those times will be publicized. The Republicans are also planning two barbecue dinner fundraisers which will also be announced.
