Chattooga County School Superintendent Jared Hosmer says that due to the possibility of icy conditions on Tuesday, all Chattooga County Schools Students will have a virtual learning day.

After consulting with our local EMA and looking at the latest forecast from the National Weather Service, the Chattooga County School System will have a distance learning day on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.  Attached is the Chattooga County School’s short-term closure plan for distance learning days.  Please share this document on your social media for parents and students.

Weather permitting, all 12-month employees will report at 10:00 a.m.
