Randy Walter Lingerfelt was sentenced in Chattooga County Superior court for possession of methamphetimine.  Lingerfelt was sentenced with 12 years probation and will serve four to six months in amen’s detention center.  He will also be required to undergo a substance abuse residency program.

Damien Michal Ford plead guilty to interfering with government property.  He was sentenced to five years confinemen, time served to run concurrent with any other sentence.
