Construction Ready CareerExpo wrapped up yesterday at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Thousands of students from across Georgia attended the Expo, the state’s largest youth workforce development event for the construction industry, including students from Chattooga High School.  CareerExpo 2024 also featured the SkillsUSA State Championship, a competition that allows students to showcase their skills in a number of construction-related disciplines.  Chattooga High School brought home state championships in several categories. Winners will represent Georgia at the SkillsUSA Nationals Championship in Atlanta, June 24 – 28, 2024.  WZQZ News will have a complete list of the state championships won by CHS students in upcoming news releases.
