Chattooga Cross Country ran Thursday, October 28th, in the region meet at Georgia Highlands College. Freshman Cheyenne Porter finished 2nd in the region and qualified for state. She will run in Carrollton Saturday, November 6th. Cheyenne stated, "I was excited and nervous. I am looking forward to the state meet and I feel confident that I can run well and make Chattooga Proud." Coach Renee Martin said that both the boys and girls teams ran well and that she is very proud of all the runners. Congratulations and Good Luck Cheyenne!
