Earlier this week WZQZ reached out to Commissioner Elsberry and his office regarding the Public Works Director and the delay in the announcement of the position. Commissioner Elsberrys’ office has reached back out as per the reason.

Commissioner Elsberry told WZQZ News that the announcement about the public works director’s position is being delayed due to an immediate member of his family having a medical procedure on Friday.
