Chattooga County Commissioner Blake Elsberry is seeking bids to provide meals to the Chattooga County Jail for the upcoming year.  The jail meals are to be served twice daily and made available 365 days per-year.  The commissioner will be taking bids for the jail meals until December 8, 2023.  Those wishing to submit bids must have a registered dietitian working with them to conform to all state requirements for meals served to inmates.  Details on the jail meal bid can be accessed at the Chattooga County Commissioner’s Office on Commerce Street in Summerville.  The contract awarded will be for January 1 – December 31, 2024.
