Chattooga County Commissioner Jason Winters will hold a budget hearing today at the Chattooga County Commissioner’s Office on Commerce Street in Summerville.

Commissioner Winters tells WZQZ News that there will not be any substantial changes from last year’s budget it he new budget for 2021.  Winters is required to set the budget for the next year, even though his term as commissioner will end at midnight on December 31st.

Copies of the proposed budget will be posted at the Chattooga County Courthouse and the Chattooga County Courthouse Annex.

Today’s meeting will be held at 10 AM.
