While much of Georgia will be facing the threat of severe weather today, Northwest Georgia will see clearing skies and cool temperatures as a cold front pushes its way across the state.

By tomorrow night there will once again be the threat of rain and thunderstorms, then turning colder with temperatures at night in the upper 20's through Christmas Eve.
