A Chattooga County Deputy recently responded to a request for a “courtesy ride” at a Back Penn Road address, and upon arrival noticed a distinct odor of alcohol on the man.

Even though the person claimed to be 21, the deputy knew that wasn’t the case due to prior contact with the individual; when asked what year he was born, the man said 1997 – which adds up to 18, three less than 21 for all those who enjoying doing math.

By this point nothing was going right for the man – who was more than willing to provide a breath sample, which of course, turned out to test positive for alcohol.

At that point, Rushaud Traveall Price was given his courtesy ride to jail.
