According to the latest numbers from the Georgia Department of Public Health,  55 percent of all Georgians have received at least a dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 49 percent have been fully vaccinated.  The latest numbers show that there have been 23,869 confirmed COVID deaths in Georgia since the beginning of the pandemic.  There have been over 83,000 Georgia residents hospitalized from COVID and over 13,000 ended up in ICU.
