A Dallas woman is celebrating an extreme Georgia Lottery win. Charlotte Black won $1 million playing the instant game Extreme Green.

“It feels wonderful,” said Black, a self-described housewife, mother and grandmother.

Black scratched the ticket in the store’s parking lot and went inside to confirm the news.

“It’s a good thing the store wasn’t crowded because I was screaming,” she said.

Black and her husband, David, a Georgia Power control wireman, still are deciding how to use the winnings.
