Dalton High School senior, Hunter Chase Cleary, 18, was arrested and charged with selling marijuana brownies to his fellow students at school. Cleary, the starting fullback for the school`s football team was charged with five counts, including felony counts of sale or intent to sale marijuana, possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of counterfeit substance.

He was faces misdemeanor charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was arrested after a student told the principal about what was going on, and he contacted the police.

The school`s principal interviewed a student and she told them that she purchased a $10 brownie and a second for a friend for $15. After the school principal said he admitted to having pot in his car, a search was done and recovered was a bag of marijuana and two bottle of beer.

Police was then called and Cleary was arrested.
