A daughter refusing to bring a vehicle back to her mother is causing some issues.

On Wednesday, January 13th Chattooga County Sheriff Deputies received a call from E-911 about Miranda Jarrells wanting to report her vehicle stolen. Deputies spoke with Miranda about the vehicle and she explained that in August she let her daughter Destini Elrod borrow it and she will not return the vehicle. Miranda advised that she has made numerous demands for the vehicle back and Destini has not returned the vehicle. Miranda stated that the last demands back for the vehicle were over this past weekend, and yesterday Tuesday, January 12th. Miranda also advises that she has proof from messages of the multiple demands she has made to get the vehicle back.
