A Chattooga County man was charged with disorderly conduct on Wednesday.
According to the sheriff's department report, deputies were at a Cotton Wood Street residence when Billy Ray Russell Hunter pulled into the driveway behing the patrol vehicle.
Hunter is alleged to have used profanity and appeared upset. When approached by the deputy, he is reported to have thrown his hands up into the air and said he could not get to his residence. The deputy told Hunter he didn't appreciate his language or his attitude. The deputy reportedly told hunter he would be glad t move the car but right now he was assisting in a domestic dispute.
37-year-old Hunter is alleged to have continued being argumentative and according to the report was arrested due to the language he used. He was charged with disorderly conduct.
