A South 3rd Street woman reported to the Chattooga County Sheriff's Department that her dog was stolen from her yard on Thursday. The woman reported on Friday that the Brindle and white bulldog was taken sometime Thursday from a pen outside her mobile home. She said she noticed it on Thursday evening. The deputy reportedly patrolled the area but never found the dog, which is valued at $1500, according to the report. The report was forwarded to Sheriff's Department investigators.
