A double charge on a credit card at a local gas station upset a Summerville last week.

According to reports from the Summerville Police Department Officers were dispatched to the Ingles parking lot were they met with Dustin Rush. Rush stated that he had visited the Circle K on Lyerly Highway about 30 minutes prior and his card had been charged twice for his transaction. Rush stated that he had spoken to the clerk and managed on site at the store about it and they wouldn’t help him. The manager had given him a number to call and it wasn’t working for him. Officers did observe 2 charges on his card, although one was listed as pending.
